We identify as cisgender, able-bodied heterosexual white woman with many layers of unearned privilege. We strive to be aware of when and how structures of oppression are showing up, and are eager to partner with your organization to learn from you while supporting your use of EBP. We are committed to continually evolving and improving in our ability to mentor, teach and train across differences and provide clinical care and supervision that centers cultural humility and others lived experiences.
